My name is Chris Lopez. I’m a real estate broker, investor and entrepreneur. And I guess now I’m also a software startup founder. You may have seen me on the Bigger Pockets media network or other real estate podcasts.

I’ve been involved in REI in some form or another for 20+ years. At the time of writing, I’ve sold over $300 million dollars in real estate. My own portfolio is 8 figures. I advise my own clients and manage a team of realtors.

The way we used to manage portfolios is with complicated spreadsheets with dozens of tabs and complex formulae and macros you’d need a PhD to figure out (kidding.) Now, it was hard enough to build those sheets but you know what sucked the most? People changing one wrong cell and breaking the entire sheet.

So I said, enough is enough, and built something better. No more spreadsheets. Just a simple way to upload your properties, track your performance and optimize your portfolio. Now my entire team and I use Property Llama to manage our clients’ portfolios and our own. We’ve also been introducing our strategic partners to it and training them on its use. The response has been fantastic.
